What we do with what you send us.
This page covers the details you enter into the form on solvrisk.xyz and the emails you send to hello@solvrisk.xyz. It is written to be read, not skimmed; it is short because we collect little.
Who we are
Solv Labs, Inc., a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation, is the controller of the information described here. Reach us at hello@solvrisk.xyz.
What we collect
- What you type into the form: your name, business email, phone number if you give one, company, and your two answers about your deployment and timing.
- If you email us: your message and address.
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores two small preferences in your browser only — your light or dark choice, and, for the duration of a tab, the word that opens the London section. Neither leaves your browser.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and to hold a conversation you started. That is the whole purpose. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our work; you can object at any time by telling us.
Where it goes
The form is processed by a function running on Vercel, Inc., which hosts this site, and delivered to a Solv Labs inbox as an email through Resend, Inc. Both act on our instructions. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone else, and we do not use them for marketing you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation is live, and no longer than twelve months after our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we have a legal reason to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to stop using it, or ask for a copy. Write to hello@solvrisk.xyz and we will answer within a month. If you are in the UK or the EU and are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your data-protection authority.
